EDMUND A. NAHAS
   Born Oct. 22, 1932, attained his Bachelor of Arts degree from Trinity College in 1954 and his Juris Doctor from Columbia University in 1957. Admitted to practice in New York State. Primary responsibilities and areas of focus are real estate, corporate and commercial law, trusts and estates and office management. Mr. Nahas is on the Board of Directors of Olympian Bank, Chairman of its Audit Committee and Member of the Loan Committee for the past seven years.

ROBERT PAUL RICH
   Born May 2, 1954, attained his Bachelor of Arts degree from St. John's University in 1977 and his Juris Doctor from St. John's University School of Law in 1980. Admitted to practice in New York State. Primary responsibilities and areas of focus are litigation, real estate and commercial law.

STUART  E. NAHAS
   Born Nov. 13, 1966, attained his Bachelor of Arts degree from Colgate University in 1988 and his Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University School of Law in 1991. Admitted to practice in the state and federal courts in New York, California, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Primary responsibilities and areas of focus are litigation, commercial law and real estate.
